“When our sanctuary was destroyed internally by fire, we were left with a shell to be reconstructed. We considered and interviewed three other companies besides Signature Sight and Sound. While we did not find Signature to be the cheapest solution, we did find them to be the most knowledgeable. They also used the best equipment and had an engineer who met directly with us to explain solutions and best practices we could utilize in our sanctuary. It was extremely important to us to not disrupt the architecture of our sanctuary while adding the highest quality sound and video capability.

Signature understood that our issues were well beyond just a sales job. We wanted a design and system that not only served our current issues but would allow us to grow in the future. They never claimed to be the cheap solution — but they worked to be our BEST solution.

Signature grasped our initial vision, but they also helped us expand our vision. With their capacity and capabilities, they helped us dream beyond what we first envisioned for our church. It would have been a mistake to design our systems for the present only. Already we have reaped the benefit of being more forward-thinking with Signature.

We found that of all of our subcontractors, Signature Sight and Sound was the easiest to work with. Not only did they communicate well with us, but they also communicated well with other subcontractors and with our architect to ensure that the things they needed were included in our planning and construction.

They gave us what they promised: a system that delivers superior sound and video, with the capacity to grow with us. Additionally, they provided us with excellent training — beginning with basics, then returning to give us additional training as we were ready. As we experienced problems of our own making, they were quick to make adjustments both in equipment and our understanding. We all agree Signature exceeds expectations. They have always been honest with us and gave us uncompromising quality. We know our systems are the best because we use them every week and get top performance from them.

If you are in need of audio, video, or lighting systems, I would strongly urge you to meet with Signature Sight and Sound in person. Allow them an opportunity to make a proposal for you… and listen to their advice!

They will be the ONLY company we will use going forward. We have used a lot of companies over the years. Signature Sight and Sound will be our go-to company going forward.”
